Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Alcyone Secure grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlackBox on a single device.

• Personal useLicense is personal and non-commercial (unless purchased as enterprise).
• Non-transferableYou may not sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to others.
• No reverse-engineeringYou may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify BlackBox.
• Lawful use onlyYou may not use BlackBox to violate others' rights or applicable laws.

You agree to use BlackBox only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Privacy lawsViolate privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
• Unauthorised accessMonitor others' devices without their knowledge or consent where prohibited.
• AuthenticationCircumvent authentication mechanisms.
• BackdoorsUse BlackBox to facilitate unauthorised access.
• Security bypassDisable or circumvent BlackBox's security features.
• EspionageUse BlackBox as part of corporate espionage or theft.

BlackBox is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied:

• AvailabilityNo guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
• CompletenessNo guarantee that activity logs will be 100% complete.
• PreventionNo guarantee that BlackBox will prevent device tampering.
• Other warrantiesWe disclaim all other warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alcyone Secure is not liable for:

• Indirect damagesIndirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data lossLost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
• Third-party claimsThird-party claims or damages resulting from BlackBox use.
• Cap on liabilityAny damages exceeding the amount you paid for BlackBox.

• License keysLicense keys are personal and non-transferable. Sharing keys violates these Terms.
• DeactivationWe may deactivate licenses if we suspect violation of these Terms or misuse of BlackBox.
• No refundLicenses are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
• TerminationWe may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

• OwnershipActivity logs generated by BlackBox belong to you. You can delete, export, or manage them at any time.
• EncryptionAll logs are encrypted locally with AES-256-CBC. Alcyone Secure cannot access local logs without your credentials.
• No data saleWe do not sell, rent, or trade your activity logs or personal data.

BlackBox, including all code, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Alcyone Secure. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from BlackBox use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of BlackBox constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
