- 01
The app
Rashnova is a free download for Windows 10 and 11 from our download page. You get the installer at once, in your browser. - 02
Personal, the optional plan
Personal is delivered to your account, not to a place. It turns on within a few minutes of a successful payment, on every computer where you sign in with that account. The Rashnova app finds it by itself. - 03
Where we deliver
Anywhere you can reach this website. Payment is open in India first; buyers in other countries can use the free version and will be able to buy Personal later. - 04
If it does not arrive
If Personal has not turned on within 30 minutes of paying, choose "Check again" in the app or write to support@alcyonesecure.com. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund. - 05
Receipts
A receipt for every payment is emailed to the address on your account.
