   Full refund within 14 days, no questions

   If you are not happy with Personal, write to us within 14 days of any charge and we refund that charge in full. You do not need to give a reason.
2. 02

   How to ask for a refund

   Email support@alcyonesecure.com from the address on your account, or use the contact page. We reply within 2 working days.
3. 03

   When the money arrives

   We start the refund within 2 working days of your request. It goes back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days.
4. 04

   Cancelling

   Cancel from your account page in one step, without contacting us and without being asked why. Once cancelled, nothing more is charged.
5. 05

   What happens after you cancel

   Personal keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free version. Nothing on your computer is deleted: the recorder, your record and your proofs keep working, for free.
6. 06

   After 14 days

   Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion; write to us and we will look at it fairly. Nothing here limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under the law where you live.
7. 07

   Renewals

   Personal renews monthly or yearly, as you chose. Before each renewal, you are told the amount and the date. If a renewal is charged by mistake, the 14 days above apply to it too.
